Terms of Use


All website orders accepted by David Rosas are subject to the following Terms of Use, which are part of the Contract of Sale. The confirmation of the order will imply compliance to these Terms of Use.

The said terms represent an agreement between David Rosas and those who wish to purchase items online, hereinafter referred to as "User".

The user of the online store is entitled to freely access public information available in the site, but David Rosas reserves the right to limit access to information, promotions and special offers exclusive for registered users.

Any individual who accesses David Rosas website may become a registered user, and therefore apply to special offers designed for all or a particular group of users, if they meet the specific requirements of the said offer.

All public information contained in David Rosas online store is protected by the laws on intellectual and industrial property, so it cannot be copied, distributed or otherwise used in a manner unrelated to advertising, without the express consent of David Rosas.



These terms of use are intended to provide the user all necessary information on how to order, buy, receive and pay for purchases made in David Rosas online store.

These conditions rule over every stage of the order, ensuring the control of the order by both parties.



David Rosas will send the user a registration confirmation e-mail within 48 hours of the user’s application.

The user undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of his password, exempting David Rosas from any liability for the misuse or negligence of the user regarding his own password protection.

Finalizing an order means fully acknowledging and accepting the prices and description of the products available for sale, such as the terms of use, the only terms applicable to the contract that is now celebrated.

David Rosas will fulfil every order if stock is available. In the absence of stock David Rosas will immediately inform the user.



All prices listed in David Rosas online store will be in (€) Euros, with taxes and duties included, except for the VAT at the time of the order. They are considered valid, save any computer insertion error or omission.


The prices presented during the ordering process are always up to date, but must only be considered valid in a refreshed page (unrefreshed pages may show incorrect pricing). The price read on the screen can only be guaranteed in such conditions and only after the order becomes duly registered.

David Rosas reserves the right to change the price of a product or service offered through its website without prior notice.

If the pricing tables change, it will reflect on the prices listed in the website. If the ordered product suffers any kind of change in the pricing, particularly if the price is aggravated, the user will be informed immediately, and may choose to sustain the order by paying the remainder value or cancel it.


David Rosas has the following forms of payment available to its customers:

When it is not possible to immediately verify a payment – such as bank transfers and ATM payments – there is a maximum 5-day period for payment receipt. Should that time limit be exceeded, David Rosas reserves the right to cancel the order.

By finalizing the order and once it is accepted by internal services, it is understood that the user has unconditionally accepted the buying agreement that binds both parties.

David Rosas will endeavour to guarantee maximum confidentiality and security of the data received through the Internet, as asserted under our Privacy Statement.


Product availability and dispatch

The order will be dispatched to the delivery address supplied by the user during the order. Products will be delivered by a transportation service, along with the document stating the name of the user, the order number, price and ordered products.

There is a time range from 3 to 5 days for the delivery of the product – in the UE – and 10 to 15 days – in the Rest of the World. The time range will be considered valid from the moment the payment is confirmed. Delivery date will vary according to the place/country to which the order has been shipped.


David Rosas commitment to the sale and dispatch of the products will be subject to stock availability. In order to honour the company’s commitment to quality and service to the client, David Rosas will endeavour to make every product displayed available as soon as possible. However, should extraordinary circumstances occur, such as out-of-stock situations or a large number of orders, or any other that may influence the availability of products, the order will be cancelled and the contract will cease for both parties, without prejudice, indemnification for contract breech or damage.

Every article available online is based in our computer stock, with a delay of approximately 15 minutes. This means David Rosas will never list products which are not available for delivery, except if they are pinpointed as such. However, only after physical confirmation of the stock may David Rosas assert if the order may or may not be fulfilled. Our offer is always limited to the existing stock. The user will be immediately informed of an out-of-stock situation.

2. Shipping times


There is a time range from 3 to 5 days for the delivery of the product – in the UE – and 10 to 15 days – in the Rest of the World.


In case the user has made payment through a bank transfer or ATM, the confirmation of payment and of the order will only be concluded in the business day following the payment date (in case it was made until 6 pm, PT time) or in the second business day following the payment day (if the payment was made between 6 pm and midnight, PT time).


If you chose to pay with VISA or PAYPAL, the order confirmation will occur as soon as the selected service confirms the payment.

With these services, the payment confirmation occurs almost immediately and the order is confirmed in the following business day. In either case, the user will receive an e-mail confirming the order.


3. Delivery service


Every order will be delivered between 9am and 6pm (sender’s local time).




The legal warranty period for products bought in Portugal is of 2 years. The warranty period starts on the date printed in the receipt.




Every article will remain property of David Rosas until payment is received.




Exchanges in our online store: the exchange process must be initiated within the 15 business days following the receipt of the request.

a) Confidentiality and safety of the user’s private information, in accordance to the Portuguese law for data protection, which will not be publicized, transferred or used without the consent of the user.

b) No promotional newsletters will be made available without the user’s consent.

c) Personal information may be revised, modified and deleted from David Rosas database as per user’s request.

d) Access to open sections at David Rosas online store is free.

e) The status of the order may be viewed at any time.




a) To respect the buyers agreement once the order is confirmed, by paying the agreed sum.

b) To use the information publicized by David Rosas within the scope of the desired commercial relationship.

c) Not to reproduce, transfer or publicize information on David Rosas without the company’s prior consent.

d) To respectfully use the online purchase service provided by David Rosas online store, without tampering with its contents through computer viruses or any kind of illegal conduct.
e) To safeguard personal access information.




a) To change or withhold the functioning of the online store without prior notice.

b) To change the price of the articles and services without prior notice.

c) To cancel orders due to out-of-stock situations or the user’s breach of contract.

d) To receive the amount agreed from the user, once the order is confirmed.

e) To cancel the user’s account if its use is proven to be abusive.




a) David Rosas and its administrators refuse any liability for any kind of damage to the products sold in their online store, resulting from inadequate or neglectful use, after the products have been bought by their current owner.
b) By placing an order the user asserts to be over 18 years old and not legally impaired.
